Product Description:
Sharing similarities of the great humor seen in book one, "Adventures, Musings, and Sarcasm: According to Clyde the Dog," Clyde and the Fat Guy are newly seen in a family adventure in Peru. Taking a trip to explore Inca history and its Peruvian dog culture, the family again shares a new experience. With even more hilarity and questionable sarcasm, they together explore and share Peru as a family. Clyde has his own unique feelings about Nazca Lines (claiming canine construction). The shared philosophy of dog and human is again considered and contrasted. A car trip through the American Southwest National Parks allows the family to develop mutual love of nature. Upon their return, another trip is made to visit the Fat Guy’s sister (and her dogs). In California, we listen to dogs interact in dialogue and learn of differences in dog personalities and relationships. The ending of this book is absolutely precious. Clyde begins his intellectual realization of canine rights and hilariously tries to gather the national dog community to create change in Washington. The final vision of Washington, D. C., will stay with any politically aware person for a long time.
